1. Service Provision
HonestHat provides cryptographic random-selection software. We are not a sponsor, administrator, or promoter of any sweepstakes or giveaway hosted on our platform.
2. Organizer Liability
By using HonestHat to host a giveaway, you (the Organizer) assume full responsibility for ensuring your event complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including sweepstakes and lottery regulations. You are solely responsible for drafting official rules, determining eligibility, and fulfilling prizes.
3. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HonestHat, its founders, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from giveaways hosted via your account.
4. Fair Use & Restrictions
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in abusive behavior, including but not limited to: automated scraping, attempting to circumvent rate limits, or using the service to facilitate illegal gambling.
5. Subscription Billing
Fees for Pro accounts are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard.
