1. What We Collect

• Organizers: We collect your email address and authentication data to secure your dashboard. We store the details of the giveaways you create (prizes, dates, and settings).
• Participants: We collect your email address to securely verify your identity and prevent duplicate entries. We log the exact timestamp of your entry.

2. How We Use It

Participant emails are stored securely in our database and are only used for two purposes: verifying entry eligibility and sending automated prize notifications if selected as a winner.

3. What We DON't Do

We do not sell, rent, or share participant or organizer emails with third-party marketers. Participant emails are kept blind (hidden as UUIDs) from the giveaway organizer until the draw is completed to ensure absolute fairness.

4. Third-Party Sub-processors

To provide our services, we share limited data with the following trusted partners:

• Supabase: For database hosting and authentication.
• Stripe: For secure payment processing (we do not store credit card details).

5. Data Retention

In accordance with our data retention policy, giveaway data is stored for a period of one year following the draw date, after which it is permanently purged from our active systems.
